One animal in horrific conditions is an emergency...
ONE HUNDRED
IS A CRISIS
Your help is urgently needed.
When RSPCA SA Inspectors investigated a cruelty report in rural South Australia, what they found shocked them.
“I’ve never seen anything like it.” – RSPCA SA Inspector Stuart
A puppy breeding operation had spiralled out of control and become a tragic case of hoarding. There were animals in cages, on shelves, and in cupboards.
91 dogs and puppies were seized, along with cats, kittens, native animals and birds.
The unsanitary conditions were a breeding ground for infections, parasites and infestations. Almost every animal needed vet treatment.
Across South Australia, we're seeing a rising number of large-scale rescues, and it’s putting our big-hearted teams under immense pressure.
Please make an urgent tax-deductible gift to help provide emergency vet care for sick and neglected animals today.
